HiL-Simulator
I built a Hardware-in-the-loop (HiL) simulator for Digifant I ECUs. A HiL simulator simulates a running engine to the ecu.
I used
- an old wiring loom
- arduino mega running an AVR ATmega 1280 MCU
- AD 5206 BN 10 6-channel digital potentiometer
- some NPN transistors, resistors and LM7809
